Jewelry Care Instructions:
Jewelry is fragile and should be worn with care. Try not to knock your jewelry against anything too hard and avoid snagging your jewelry on clothing or other items.  Plated metal jewelry can wear over time. Sterling silver jewelry can tarnish. You may have to polish your jewelry over time. It is recommended that you take off all jewelry before showering or washing. Matters of Delight cannot be held responsible for replacing items which were delivered in suitable condition but have broken or tarnished over time.
 
Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and/or PayPal. Payment is due before your order can be processed and shipped.
 
Sales Tax:
Matters of Delight is based in San Francisco, CA. California residents will be charged sales tax on all purchases which will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping:
We usually ship within 2-5 business days after your order is placed unless the item is out of stock in which case it could take up to 2-3 weeks to make and produce a new piece. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed. All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online at www.usps.com Please note that international customers will receive a package ID # that won't be traceable until the package arrives in your destination country. 

 

U.S. Domestic Shipping - First Class
Shipping takes 2-5 business days and includes tracking. You may purchase optional insurance.

 

U.S. Domestic Shipping - Priority
Shipping takes 2-3 business days and includes tracking and insurance.

 

International Shipping - Standard
Shipping normally takes 2-3 weeks but may take longer in certain areas of the world. If the package has taken longer than 4 weeks please contact your local post office to see if the package is stuck in customs.  This service includes tracking however the package IS # will not be traceable until the package arrives in your destination country. Note that ALL taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

International Shipping - Priority
Shipping normally takes 7-10 business but may take longer in certain areas of the world. This service includes tracking and insurance. Note that ALL taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

International Shipping - Express
Shipping normally takes 5 business but may take longer in certain areas of the world. This service includes tracking and insurance. Note that ALL taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

We do NOT refund lost orders. Please understand that once the package leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the Postal Service to get the package to you safely. If you are concerned, please select a shipping method that includes insurance.

 

Returned Packages :
If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address you provided we will notify you and either refund you (minus shipping costs) or re-send the package at your expense.
 
Damaged Goods:
All orders are sent in a box inside a padded mailer for protection of the jewelry. If your jewelry arrives damaged, send us an email with a photo of the damaged goods ASAP. Please include your order number for our reference. We will ship out a replacement free of charge as promptly as possible. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees. (If you wait too long to send the photo of the damaged goods we cannot be held responsible for its replacement.)
 
Returns & Exchanges:
Because we are a small company, returns and exchanges are difficult to process. Therefore all sales are final. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for some reason, please email us and we'll see what we can do.
